Return Policy


We will refund or replace any defective item and most non-defective items.  However, We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 20% of the order.   Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return products that are new and have not been used or installed.

The following orders are not returnable:

  • Special order parts 
  • Electrical Parts and Components (Such as: Control units, relays, air mass meters, Starters, etc) 
    Note:  All body parts (hoods, fenders, etc) orders are non-returnable once they leave our warehouse. Please call us first before ordering any body parts that you are not sure if the parts will fit your car.

    Core Returns
    If you would like to return an item associated with a core return value, Fluids must be drained from the core. Ship the core to All Mercedes at 1225 7th st. Oakland, CA. 94607
    • Cores must be returned in the packaging used in the shipment of the order sent to you
    • Your core will be inspected to determine if the core is acceptable
    • Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer for core returns.

      • Refunds
    We will issue a full refund for any returned products when your return meets the above requirements. The cost of shipping will be refunded only when instances where the return is a result of an error cause by All Mercedes.
