I received my brake Pads , thank you the package came on time, I was a little scare to order from you at first , but when the box arrived it was neat , the right part , clean . Your services over the phone was great , very helpful parts guys. Will return for more parts.

I went there with my new 2008 ML for the first A service , their prices were not only better then the dealer but the service and location was so easy, first I was a little scare to go to West Oakland but after I saw where it was I was sold .

This Place is NOT fishy at all they are one of the most well run business in Oakland and anywhere I have been in a long time , the Staff gives great service everything is about the customer , most importantly for me , I felt they were honest with me and my Mercedes, I found them off the freeway and already recommended them to 5 neighbors in Piedmont.
Give them a TRY.

created a warm environment).
Also, most of the time women get treated like idiots at repair shops, but
David was professional, respectful and really walked me through everything
he did on the car, you guys ROCK!!!

I do not wish to join either site your recommended. However, please know I am very please with the service I received at your business.
Tameka made me feel welcome each time I visited the your business. Joseph demonstrated knowledge and the ability to find parts at a reasonable price, where the dealer could not. Lastly, David was the closers!!! Professional, courteous and ensured everything he said would happen DID!!! He worked with my time schedule and when there wasn't enough time to fit my schedule, he just encouraged me to come back. Instead of trying to get everything done and making me late for my next appt. I am also impressed with how neat, clean and organized the facility was on each of my visit.
All Mercedes can and does compete with the dealerships. However, your team provides better pricing, sincere handshakes and warming smiles.
I look forward to building a long, friendly, respectable business relationship with your team while both my C240 and E350 continue to get better and please my driving experience.
